1. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for products that meet the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Exchange:
- The product must be incorrect (e.g., wrong item delivered) or have a defect/mistake caused during production (e.g., design error or damage).
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Custom or personalized items (unless the error is on our part, such as a design or customization mistake).
- Items not in their original condition or damaged due to reasons other than our error.
- Sale or discounted items.
Steps to Request an Exchange:
- Contact us at info@happinessinart.com within 3-4 days of receiving the item.
- Provide your order number, details of the mistake or incorrect item, and any supporting images (if applicable).
- We will review your request and respond with further instructions.
Shipping for Exchanges:
If your product is eligible for an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. You may need to return the original product to us, and we will provide instructions for the return shipment.
2. No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any products. Exchanges are the only option available if there is a mistake or defect with your order.
3. Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not accept exchanges unless the product arrives with an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design or defect). Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started. Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed.
